Crime Watch Global Warning
International cooperation means that offenders can face identification, arrest, and extradition across borders. Criminal networks operating under the assumption of jurisdictional safety frequently face multi-agency disruption.
Do not interpret this as a guarantee or certainty that every criminal will be arrested. This serves as Crime Watch Global's standing warning regarding the capabilities of coordinated international law enforcement.
