African & Ghanaian Public Red Notices
INTERPOL’s public notice search lets you filter by nationality. We have not reproduced an African-nationality name list here because we could not verify current, individual nationality-filtered profiles as a complete, stable public snapshot. INTERPOL says most Red Notices are restricted to law enforcement; public Red Notices are requests for cooperation, not international arrest warrants. A missing public result does not prove that a notice does not exist.
