Demonta M. Brown Jr. charged in Tale A. Fuller's killing (United States)
Norfolk Police reported that Demonta M. Brown Jr. was arrested September 24 and charged in the June 26 fatal shooting of Tale A. Fuller.
What the record says
The department's September 25, 2026 release says Fuller, 20, of Chesapeake, was found shot near the 600 block of Church Street and pronounced dead at the scene. Brown was charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm. Charges are not convictions.
